 EXCAVATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the excavation/drainage/lawn installation industry

• Participate in meetings to increase efficiency & effectiveness
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various excavation, drainage, and lawn installation projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients & Project Manager
• Ability to lead a team and train other team members
• Ability to work all day long in physically demanding environment
• Ability to problem solve on site
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to operate trucks/trailers proficiently
