 SNOW REMOVAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the snow & ice management industry 
• Must be available 24/7
• Desire to learn & grow
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail

• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Participate in meetings to increase efficiency & effectiveness
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various snow removal services
• Ability to read and interpret maps
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, Foreman, & Operations Manager
• Ability to work all day/night long in physically demanding environment
• Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of a team
• Ability to problem solve on site
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to operate trucks or equipment
